Kentec’s arrival at Bergen’s new airport terminal

Kentec Norways New TerminalA new life safety system based around Kentec’s Syncro XT+ addressable extinguishing control panel technology is being installed in the new 4 billion Kroner (Euro 407m) terminal at Norway’s Bergen Flesland International Airport.

Bergen Flesland’s new terminal will treble the airport’s capacity and will include a new dedicated train line connecting Flesland to Bergen city centre. Advanced Provides New Fire System Simulator to Leading London Airport

Advanced London City AirportLondon City Airport has recently opened a new simulation training room, mirroring its fire system which features panels from leading manufacturer, Advanced.

Opened in 1987, the airport, situated at the former Royal Docks in Newham, is the only airport to be located within the M25. Servicing over 3.6 million passengers annually, the airport has ten operating airlines that travel to over 45 destinations. The complex is already protected by Advanced MxPro panels and the new training room will allow staff to learn their use and explore various scenarios in a controlled and isolated environment.
